Inchie swaps are hot right now. Inchies are little pieces of art defined buy their size - one square inch. I'm not big on doing swaps, mainly because I don't know what to do with the art I get in return. This little modified accordion book, made from origami star shapes, is perfect for storing and showing off these tiny treasures. Here are some pictures:

These look kind of fun...but what I really like are your paste paper work at the bottom.
Luscious colors!
I've been too wrapped up in my infrared stuff lately and haven't been doing any "hands in/on" artwork.
I have the latest shots on my blog now from Maine!

Very nice way to display those inchies. And the incheies are nice too.
what a beautiful bookform - and you've used it perfectly to display the inchies. Was the form your own invention?
Very sweet! What a treasure!
What a clever way to show off those little pieces of art.
I keep telling my husband that there's a good reason to hang on to all of those tiny scraps of paper!! Good example!
OH WOW these are TOOO wonderful!!!
Thank you, everyone! I really appreciate all your comments!
Nancy asked about the idea -- it is a book form that Joyce Seiver taught a few years ago. I think she might have called it something else.
Thanks again!
What a wonderful little book. A great idea to showcase the inchies.
Fabulous inchies and inchie book!!!
what a great idea to show them that way! thanks for sharing.
That's such a great way to keep the inchies, in a way that really elevates the individual pieces. Very nice!
